The incident took place when the consulate’
s guard opened fi
re, killing an official, Muhammad Zaki. However, the guard was arrested.
According to security forces, the incident is suspected to be a result of personal enmity.
The police and Rangers personnel cordoned off the area when the fire sh
ots were heard.
