FAISALABAD: Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Yaqoob awarded death
sentence to a murderer from Nishatabad police station’s case.
According to the prosecution on Saturday,
Akram Ali – with his brothers Muhammad Ashraf, Irshad Hussain and Ali Raza – had killed his foe Ars
had Ejaz in 2011.
The court awarded the capital punishment to
Akram and directed him to pay Rs 200,000 as compensation to heirs of the dec
eased. Otherwise, he will have to undergo additional six months of imprisonment.
